Southwark Garden Refurbishment

Welling Renovation

This project began as a straightforward refurbishment involving the removal of the existing rear wall and an upgrade of the kitchen and dining area. Although the property already had a rear extension, it quickly became clear that the structure had been built to a poor and unsafe standard. As a result, the scope expanded to include essential structural repairs to the existing extension and the installation of a new roof to meet current building regulations. We worked carefully to keep costs as low as possible, supporting the client through unexpected issues that arose shortly after purchasing the property.

Westerham House Renovation

This was a substantial project for a domestic client, with a side extension that effectively doubled the size of the property and transformed it into a spacious family home. The new layout incorporated three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a downstairs WC, a boot room, and a dedicated movie room. Externally, the upgrade was completed with a solid oak porch and a large resin-bound driveway.

Given the rural location, we also installed an on-site sewage treatment plant, which processes wastewater into clean water and disperses it safely throughout the grounds via an underground pipe system.
